after reading two batches of Creative Writing stories, i’m really surprised that most people naturally gravitated toward present-tense rather than past-tense when writing in first person. it seems like a harder pov to stay (mostly) consistent with but who knows

I don’t understand why but I really hate this shade of blue
i hate this blue because it’s such an unnatural color and is hard to use unless you’re doing a stylized render or coloring something manmade
so i guess basically it’s hard to relate it to any existing object in nature

That chart is actually very upsetting.
A source-less chart that has curves that somehow has statistics for after 2014, while the census data for this year is not only incomplete, but didn’t even come out yet to begin with because we’re only in April.
